Refunds at Return Bars:
When you complete your return at a Return Bar, debit or credit card refunds are initiated immediately, but can take a few business days to post to your account (this is all based on how your credit card company handles refunds). Gift cards and site credits are often immediately available

International Returns:
At this time we can not offer free returns or exchanges for our international customers. However, you may return the items by purchasing your own return label using a carrier of your choice. If your order is returned to sender refunds will only be issued for the items once they are received by our warehouse team. *We are not held accountable for any lost, damaged and or delayed packages. Only a successful delivery of your order will prompt a refund. We do also recommend you purchase additional insurance for your return in the event that your package is lost as Woxer is not liable for any issues your return encounters with the shipping carriers.
