Refunds at Return Bars
When you complete your return at a Return Bar, debit or credit card refunds are initiated immediately, but can take a few business days to post to your account (this is all based on how your credit card company handles refunds). Gift cards and site credits are often immediately available.
International Returns
At this time we can not offer free returns or exchanges for our international customers. However, you may return the items by purchasing your own return label using a carrier of your choice. Refunds will only be issued once the items are received by our warehouse team.

You may return the items by purchasing your own return label using a carrier of your choice. Refunds will only be issued once the items are received by our warehouse team.
Please note we are not responsible for any lost, damaged and or delayed returns.. Only a successful delivery of your order will prompt a refund. We recommend you purchase additional insurance for your return in the event that your package is lost. Woxer is not liable for any issues your return encounters with the shipping carriers.
Once we receive your return and verify the quality, we will process your refund to the payment method used on the original order. We are not responsible for any change in exchange rates and do not refund any fees associated with such charges.
