The Process:

  3. Prepare Item: Package your item securely, using the original packaging if possible, to reduce waste.
  4. Print Label: Print the pre-paid return shipping label provided by Loop Returns.
  5. Ship Item: Drop off the package at your nearest carrier location. Loop Returns ensures efficient and environmentally friendly shipping methods.
  6. Receive Confirmation: Once we receive the item, you’ll get a confirmation email. We aim to process refunds, exchanges, or store credits quickly.
  7. Sustainable Disposal: Returned items are assessed for reuse or recycling, minimizing environmental impact and promoting sustainability.

Please ensure you obtain a drop-off receipt when returning your item so we can track and verify its arrival at our return center. Without proof of delivery, we cannot issue a refund if we are unable to locate and confirm the receipt of your item.

Please note we are not responsible for any lost, damaged, and or delayed returns. Only a successful delivery of your order will prompt a refund. We recommend you purchase additional insurance for your return in the event that your package is lost. Woxer is not liable for any issues your return encounters with the shipping carriers.

Once we receive your return and verify the quality, we will process your refund to the payment method used on the original order. We are not responsible for any change in exchange rates and do not refund any fees associated with such charges.
